What Beese Fulmer’s own fee schedule charges
CRD 109882 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered via a live IAPD lookup performed this session. IAPD’s current registration record lists the firm’s name as Beese Fulmer Private Wealth Management, while the firm’s own July 2, 2026 brochure cover still presents the legal name as Beese, Fulmer Investment Management, Inc., doing business as Beese Fulmer Private Wealth Management; both names point to the same active, SEC-registered entity. The firm reported $2,057,349,812 in total regulatory assets under management as of December 31, 2025. The priced schedule is the firm’s single discretionary-account advisory fee schedule and applies to its individual and high-net-worth wealth management clients.
“The annual fee schedule for discretionary accounts is as follows: Assets Under Management Annual Fee Percentage $0-$500,000 1.50% per annum $500,001-$2,000,000 1.00% per annum $2,000,001-$3,000,000 0.80% per annum $3,000,001-$4,000,000 0.60% per annum $4,000,001 and above 0.50% per annum The minimum annual fee is $5,000.”
At $250,000 the balance is priced entirely at the top 1.50% tier, which comes in below Beese Fulmer’s own $5,000 minimum annual fee, so the minimum applies. At $500,000 the whole balance still sits in that same 1.50% tier, clearing the minimum on its own. At $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 the balance crosses into the second tier, so 1.50% applies to the first $500,000 and 1.00% applies to the remainder, with the marginal pieces summed to reach the totals shown.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $5,000 |
| $500,000 | $7,500 |
| $1,000,000 | $12,500 |
| $2,000,000 | $22,500 |

Registration
Beese Fulmer Private Wealth Management is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #109882, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity). For the fiduciary-standard question itself, see the fiduciary-status page for Beese Fulmer.
What it costs to leave
Beese Fulmer Private Wealth Management’s Form ADV Part 2A states “Our investment management services may be terminated at any time, without penalty, upon written notice from either party.” Beese Fulmer Private Wealth Management names exactly one custodian in its brochure: Charles Schwab & Co.. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.’s own published fee schedule states “Full transfer (out) of assets: $50 per account.”
The full steps are on our how to leave Beese Fulmer page; the general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.
