What Sensible Money’s own fee schedule charges
CRD 158641 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered via a live IAPD lookup performed this session. Sensible Money’s own brochure states $742,532,213 in assets under management as of December 31, 2025. The priced schedule is the firm’s blended asset-based fee for its Juicing Experience program, which combines financial planning and ongoing investment management for individual, retirement-focused clients; a $1,200 up-front planning deposit counts toward, rather than adds on top of, the firm’s overall $12,500 minimum annual fee. The five-tier rate table itself is printed as an embedded image in the brochure rather than as extractable text; it was read directly off a rendered page image at 200 dots per inch and independently re-verified a second time against that same rendered image during kit assembly (First $1,000,000: 1.25%, Next $1,000,001-$2,000,000: 1.00%, Next $2,000,001-$5,000,000: 0.75%, Next $5,000,001-$10,000,000: 0.50%, $10,000,001+: 0.25%).
“For the Juicing® Experience, after receiving a $1,200 up front deposit, Sensible Money charges a blended asset-based fee as follows: … Sensible Money requires a minimum annual fee of $12,500 for clients engaging in The Juicing® Experience and/or ongoing investment management services.”
At $250,000 and $500,000 the computed asset-based fee falls below Sensible Money’s own $12,500 minimum annual fee, so the minimum applies at both balances. At $1,000,000 the whole balance is priced at the first tier’s 1.25% rate, which lands exactly at the $12,500 minimum. At $2,000,000 the balance crosses into the second tier, so 1.25% applies to the first $1,000,000 and 1.00% applies to the remainder, with the marginal pieces summed to reach the total shown.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $12,500 |
| $500,000 | $12,500 |
| $1,000,000 | $12,500 |
| $2,000,000 | $22,500 |

Registration
Sensible Money, LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #158641, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity). For the fiduciary-standard question itself, see the fiduciary-status page for Sensible Money.
What it costs to leave
Sensible Money, LLC’s Form ADV Part 2A states “Termination: If the advisory agreement is terminated, fees are generally prorated, and unearned fees are refunded.” Sensible Money, LLC names exactly one custodian in its brochure: Charles Schwab & Co.. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.’s own published fee schedule states “Full transfer (out) of assets: $50 per account.”
The full steps are on our how to leave Sensible Money page; the general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.

Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, drawing directly on Sensible Money’s own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below, and a fresh SEC IAPD registration check run the same day. As of September 28, 2026, this site publishes a fiduciary-status page and a minimum-investment page for Sensible Money; where the exit-fee facts above are cited, they were independently verified against the same primary source.
