Note: CRD 109882 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered via a live IAPD lookup performed this session. IAPD’s current registration record lists the firm’s name as Beese Fulmer Private Wealth Management, while the firm’s own July 2, 2026 brochure cover still presents the legal name as Beese, Fulmer Investment Management, Inc., doing business as Beese Fulmer Private Wealth Management; both names point to the same active, SEC-registered entity. The firm reported $2,057,349,812 in total regulatory assets under management as of December 31, 2025. The priced schedule is the firm’s single discretionary-account advisory fee schedule and applies to its individual and high-net-worth wealth management clients.
- $0-$500,000: 1.50%
- $500,001-$2,000,000: 1.00%
- $2,000,001-$3,000,000: 0.80%
- $3,000,001-$4,000,000: 0.60%
- $4,000,001 and above: 0.50%
Minimum annual fee: $5,000.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $5,000 | 2.00% |
| $500,000 | $7,500 | 1.50% |
| $1,000,000 | $12,500 | 1.25% |
| $2,000,000 | $22,500 | 1.12% |
At $250,000 the balance is priced entirely at the top 1.50% tier, which comes in below Beese Fulmer’s own $5,000 minimum annual fee, so the minimum applies. At $500,000 the whole balance still sits in that same 1.50% tier, clearing the minimum on its own. At $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 the balance crosses into the second tier, so 1.50% applies to the first $500,000 and 1.00% applies to the remainder, with the marginal pieces summed to reach the totals shown.
