The published numbers

From the Form ADV Part 2A (April 27, 2026): “Large Cap, Multi Cap & Equity Income Small, Small/Mid, All Cap & Individually Managed First $10 million 0.65% 0.80% Next $15 million 0.55% 0.75% Next $25 million 0.45% 0.70% Above $50 million 0.40% 0.65%”

Note: CRD 112528 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered through a live SEC IAPD lookup on September 28, 2026. Tributary Capital Management, LLC is the registered adviser, an Omaha, Nebraska firm that the brochure describes as a wholly owned subsidiary of First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), itself a wholly owned subsidiary of First National of Nebraska, Inc. The firm reports about $1.90 billion in regulatory assets under management as of December 31, 2025. The priced figure is the right-hand column of the standard schedule, which the brochure headers as Small, Small/Mid, All Cap and Individually Managed, the column that covers individually managed accounts. The Large Cap, Multi Cap and Equity Income column carries lower rates and is not used.

  • $0-$10,000,000: 0.80%
  • $10,000,001-$25,000,000: 0.75%
  • $25,000,001-$50,000,000: 0.70%
  • $50,000,001 and above: 0.65%

The priced figure is the advisory fee only. The brochure says that in addition to Tributary’s fees, clients may incur brokerage, custody, transaction and other administrative fees, and that the fees paid to Tributary are separate from the management, shareholder servicing and other expenses that mutual funds and ETFs charge their shareholders. Where the firm invests a client in its own Tributary Funds, it excludes the portion of the account held in those funds when it calculates the client’s investment management fee, and the funds’ own fees are charged inside the funds.

What you would pay

Account balanceAnnual fee (dollars)Effective rate
$250,000$2,0000.80%
$500,000$4,0000.80%
$1,000,000$8,0000.80%
$2,000,000$16,0000.80%

The schedule is worded as First, Next and Above amounts, so each rate is applied only to the band it covers. Every balance shown here falls inside the first $10 million band, so each is priced at 0.80% on the whole balance. The brochure says its minimum account size ranges from $100,000 to $5 million by account type and strategy, and that the firm may waive it, so smaller balances may not be accepted. The brochure discloses no minimum annual dollar fee, so no floor applies. Fees may be negotiated on account size, strategy and relationship type, so the schedule is a standard rather than a guaranteed charge.
