Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Tributary Capital Management is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #112528, listed as ACTIVE in the SEC’s IAPD firm summary, checked October 25, 2026). Per its own current fee brochure, a $500,000 account would run $4,000 a year under its published fee schedule. This review covers what its own fee brochure and current SEC registration confirm today; it does not assess fiduciary status, and the account minimum shown is as its brochure states it.

What Tributary Capital Management’s own fee schedule charges
Tributary Capital Management, LLC is the registered adviser, an Omaha, Nebraska firm formed in 2005 that merged with First Investment Group, formerly a department of First National Bank of Omaha, in May 2010. The priced figure is the right-hand column of the standard schedule, which the brochure headers as Small, Small/Mid, All Cap and Individually Managed, the column that covers individually managed accounts. The Large Cap, Multi Cap and Equity Income column carries lower rates and is not used.
“Large Cap, Multi Cap & Equity Income Small, Small/Mid, All Cap & Individually Managed First $10 million 0.65% 0.80% Next $15 million 0.55% 0.75% Next $25 million 0.45% 0.70% Above $50 million 0.40% 0.65%”
The schedule is worded as First, Next and Above amounts, so each rate is applied only to the band it covers. Every balance shown here falls inside the first $10 million band, so each is priced at 0.80% on the whole balance. The brochure says its minimum account size ranges from $100,000 to $5 million by account type and strategy, and that the firm may waive it, so smaller balances may not be accepted. The brochure discloses no minimum annual dollar fee, so no floor applies. Fees may be negotiated on account size, strategy and relationship type, so the schedule is a standard rather than a guaranteed charge.
The table below is the firm’s own advisory fee schedule. Fund expenses and other charges such as brokerage, custody, transaction and administrative fees are separate from an advisory fee like this one; Item 5 of the brochure describes them.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $2,000 |
| $500,000 | $4,000 |
| $1,000,000 | $8,000 |
| $2,000,000 | $16,000 |

Registration
Tributary Capital Management, LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #112528, listed as ACTIVE in the SEC’s IAPD firm summary, checked October 25, 2026).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity).
What it costs to leave
We did not find a firm-specific dollar figure for leaving Tributary Capital Management in its brochure or in its custodian’s published schedules, so we are not stating one. The general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.

Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, drawing directly on Tributary Capital Management’s own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below, and a fresh SEC IAPD registration check run the same day. Where exit-fee facts are cited, they trace to the named custodian’s own published schedule. Any fact we could not independently confirm is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified. Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for reading Tributary Capital Management’s own Form ADV Part 2A and Form CRS.
