Updated September 24, 2026. Quick answer: TD Wealth discloses a tiered schedule starting at 1.10% in its TD Private Client Wealth LLC Managed Account Program Form ADV Part 2A Wrap Fee Program Brochure (June 15, 2026). Converted to dollars, that runs $5,500 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.

TD Wealth fee schedule 2026 (tiers)

This schedule comes from the TD Private Client Wealth LLC Managed Account Program Form ADV Part 2A Wrap Fee Program Brochure, dated June 15, 2026, the same filing cited under Sources below.

From the TD Private Client Wealth LLC Managed Account Program Form ADV Part 2A Wrap Fee Program Brochure (June 15, 2026): “TDPCW’s TDIS (US) Managed Account Program is an investment advisory offering for retail Clients that have at least $100,000 in investable assets… TDIS (US) Equity/Balanced Wrap Fee Schedule: All Assets 1.10%. High Net Worth (“HNW”) clients are defined as those generally having more than $1,000,000 in investable assets… HNW Equity/Balanced Wrap Fee Schedule: First $1,000,000 1.50%; Next $1,000,000 1.05%; Next $2,000,000 0.85%; Over $4,000,000 0.65%.”

Note: TD Private Client Wealth LLC routes clients into different programs by investable assets, not a single firm-wide schedule: the TD Investment Services (US) Program, “an investment advisory offering for retail Clients that have at least $100,000 in investable assets,” charges a flat 1.10% (Equity/Balanced) on the whole balance; the High Net Worth Program, for clients “generally having more than $1,000,000 in investable assets,” uses the marginal tiered schedule above. At exactly $1,000,000 a client does not yet meet the High Net Worth Program’s “more than $1,000,000” threshold, so the TDIS flat rate still applies.

  • TD Investment Services (US) Program, for clients with $100,000 to $1,000,000 in investable assets: the whole balance: 1.10%
  • High Net Worth Program, for clients with more than $1,000,000 in investable assets: first $1,000,000: 1.50%
  • High Net Worth Program: next $1,000,000: 1.05%
  • High Net Worth Program: next $2,000,000: 0.85%
  • High Net Worth Program: over $4,000,000: 0.65%

What you would pay

Account balanceAnnual fee (dollars)Effective rate
$250,000$2,7501.10%
$500,000$5,5001.10%
$1,000,000$11,0001.10%
$2,000,000$25,5001.27%

At $250,000, $500,000 and $1,000,000 the client has $1,000,000 or less in investable assets, so the TDIS (US) Program’s flat 1.10% applies to the whole balance (250000×0.011=2750; 500000×0.011=5500; 1000000×0.011=11000). At $2,000,000 the client clears the High Net Worth Program’s more-than-$1,000,000 threshold, so the marginal tiered schedule applies instead: 1000000×0.015=15000, plus the next 1000000×0.0105=10500, for 15000+10500=25500.

How this compares

Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, TD Wealth’s own published rate runs $5,500 a year.
