Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Sikich Financial discloses a tiered schedule starting at 1.25% in its Form ADV Part 2A (March 27, 2026). Converted to dollars, that runs $6,250 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.
The published numbers
From the Form ADV Part 2A (March 27, 2026): “The fee schedule for the WMP-AMP Program is as follows: Portfolio Value Annual Fee (%) On the first $1,000,000 1.25% On the next $1,000,000 0.90% On the next $3,000,000 0.70% On the next $5,000,000 0.60% On the next $10,000,000 0.55% On all amounts thereafter 0.40%”
Note: CRD 142640 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered through a live SEC IAPD lookup on September 28, 2026. The legal entity is Sikich Financial of Springfield, Illinois, whose SEC record also lists Sikich Capital Management LLC and Sikich Retirement Plan Services LLC as other names, and it is the wealth advisory arm of the Sikich accounting and advisory group. It reports about $1.18 billion in regulatory assets under management. The priced figure is the advisor-managed schedule for individual clients, who the brochure lists among its client types with a suggested minimum portfolio of $250,000 that the firm may waive.
- $0-$1,000,000: 1.25%
- $1,000,001-$2,000,000: 0.90%
- $2,000,001-$5,000,000: 0.70%
- $5,000,001-$10,000,000: 0.60%
- $10,000,001-$20,000,000: 0.55%
- $20,000,001 and above: 0.40%
The priced figure is the firm’s advisor-managed schedule for the Osaic WMP-AMP Program, which the brochure repeats unchanged for accounts held at Charles Schwab and for the Focus Partners Advisor Solutions Program. The brochure’s wrap, unified managed account and SMA schedule is higher, from 2.00% down to 1.15%, because its remainder covers program fees including investment manager fees, and it is not the figure priced here. The SEI wrap program is a flat 1.25% in which SEI receives a portion for the underlying managers. Clients also pay transaction costs charged by the broker-dealer or custodian unless the account is in a wrap program, plus the internal expenses of any funds held.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $3,125 | 1.25% |
| $500,000 | $6,250 | 1.25% |
| $1,000,000 | $12,500 | 1.25% |
| $2,000,000 | $21,500 | 1.07% |
Each balance is priced by stacking the bands, since the brochure words the schedule as a rate on the first $1,000,000, on the next $1,000,000 and so on. That prices $1,000,000 at 1.25% and $2,000,000 at 1.25% on the first $1,000,000 plus 0.90% on the second. The brochure says a minimum quarterly fee is imposed in some cases but gives no dollar amount, so no floor is applied. Annual fees are negotiated with each client, and clients with similar assets may pay significantly higher or lower fees, so the schedule is a published standard and not a guaranteed charge. Grandfathered schedules from acquired firms may differ.
