Note: CRD 3487 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered through a live SEC IAPD lookup on September 28, 2026. The registrant is State Farm Investment Management Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of State Farm, and it markets the program through State Farm insurance agents who are registered with State Farm VP Management Corp. The firm reports about $12.9 billion in regulatory assets under management in its most recent Form ADV filing. The priced schedule is the advisory fee of the wrap fee program, which the brochure says is open to individual, joint, traditional IRA and Roth IRA accounts.
- $15,000-$99,999: 1.25%
- $100,000-$499,999: 1.00%
- $500,000-$999,999: 0.75%
- $1,000,000-$9,999,999: 0.50%
- $10,000,000 and above: Negotiable
The Advisory Fee is one bundled wrap fee that covers investment advice, brokerage and custody and transaction execution services, so trading commissions on the program’s own trades are inside the figure. It does not cover the internal fees and expenses of the mutual funds and ETFs held in the account, redemption fees a fund company may charge, or certain brokerage and custodial account fees listed in the Customer Fee Listing, such as an annual fee for retirement accounts and an account termination fee. The brochure says customers cannot negotiate the fees in the chart, with the exception of a customized fee for households of $10,000,000 or more, so no figure is shown above $10,000,000. Reduced rates apply in a few stated cases, such as fee reductions for accounts funded from sales-charge purchases through the affiliated broker-dealer and for family members of agents, and none of those are reflected in the figures.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $2,500 | 1.00% |
| $500,000 | $3,750 | 0.75% |
| $1,000,000 | $5,000 | 0.50% |
| $2,000,000 | $10,000 | 0.50% |
The brochure states that the firm uses a cliff approach, in which the entire balance is subject to the single rate for the tier it falls in, so each balance is priced at one rate applied to the whole account rather than stacked by band. That means $250,000 is priced at 1.00%, $500,000 at 0.75%, $1,000,000 at 0.50% and $2,000,000 at 0.50%. The only minimum fee the brochure discloses is $45 a quarter for accounts under $15,000, so no floor applies at these balances. The tier is set on the account plus any other accounts the firm manages for the same client, and clients may opt in to household those with eligible family members. The published schedule is the fee the firm charges, not a ceiling.
