What Hennion & Walsh Asset Management’s own fee schedule charges
The registrant is Hennion & Walsh Asset Management, Inc. of Parsippany, New Jersey, which uses the same name in the market. The priced schedule is the Equity and Balanced column of the Portfolio Management Program wrap fee schedule, which the brochure describes as serving individuals among its clients.
“PMP Program Fee Schedule Equity and Balanced Strategies Tax-Advantaged Income Strategies Asset Level Annual Client Fee Asset Level Annual Client Fee First $250,000 1.50% First $250,000 0.90% Next $250,000 1.40% Next $250,000 0.85% Next $500,000 1.25% Next $500,000 0.75%”
Each balance is priced marginally: the first $250,000 at 1.50%, the next $250,000 at 1.40%, the next $500,000 at 1.25%, the next $4,000,000 at 1.00% and anything above $5,000,000 at 0.75%, so each band’s rate applies only to the dollars inside that band. The brochure discloses no minimum annual dollar fee, though it says the minimum account size for the program is generally $50,000, so no floor applies. The brochure says Program Fees may be negotiated under certain circumstances, so the figures are a published schedule, not a guaranteed charge.
What the same brochure says about fees charged on top of this schedule: “For services provided under this program, clients are charged an Advisory Fee plus Manager Fee for each Manager selected within the account.” The table below is the firm’s own advisory fee schedule and does not include any such additional fee.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $3,750 |
| $500,000 | $7,250 |
| $1,000,000 | $13,500 |
| $2,000,000 | $23,500 |
These figures come directly from Hennion & Walsh Asset Management’s own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below.
Registration
Hennion & Walsh Asset Management, Inc. is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #126236, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity).
What it costs to leave
We did not find a firm-specific dollar figure for leaving Hennion & Walsh Asset Management in its brochure or in its custodian’s published schedules, so we are not stating one. The general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.

Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, drawing directly on Hennion & Walsh Asset Management’s own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below, and a fresh SEC IAPD registration check run the same day. Where exit-fee facts are cited, they trace to the named custodian’s own published schedule. Any fact we could not independently confirm is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified. Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for reading Hennion & Walsh Asset Management’s own Form ADV Part 2A and Form CRS.
