Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Aprio Wealth Management discloses a maximum Management Fee of 1.2%, which is negotiable, in its Form ADV Part 2A (June 29, 2026); clients in sub-advised strategies pay the sub-adviser’s fee on top. Converted to dollars, that runs $6,000 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.

The published numbers

From the Form ADV Part 2A (June 29, 2026): “based on the value of the assets in their account, up to 1.2%. Management Fees are billed either monthly in arrears based on an average daily account balance or quarterly in arrears based on the value of the assets under management on the last day of the prior reporting period”

Note: CRD 127333 is ACTIVE and SEC registered per the SEC Investment Adviser Public Disclosure database, checked October 25, 2026. Aprio Wealth Management, LLC is the registered adviser and is affiliated with the Aprio accounting firm. IAPD also lists the former names Tegra Financial Partners and HA&W Wealth Management, LLC. The priced figure is the investment management fee for individual clients, who include both individuals and high net worth individuals.

The published maximum: 1.2% per year (The 1.2% is the stated maximum management fee, and the standard schedule sits in the client agreement rather than in the brochure. The management fee covers only portfolio management and advisory services and excludes brokerage commissions, transaction fees, mark-ups, custodian fees, wire fees and other account expenses, as well as mutual fund and ETF internal expenses. Clients using sub-advised strategies, including options-based solutions, pay sub-adviser fees that the brochure says are separate from, and in addition to, the advisory fee. Accounts that use margin can carry a higher advisory fee because the fee is calculated on gross market value.).

What you would pay

Account balanceAnnual fee (dollars)Effective rate
$250,000$3,0001.20%
$500,000$6,0001.20%
$1,000,000$12,0001.20%
$2,000,000$24,0001.20%

Each balance is priced at the stated 1.2% maximum applied to the whole account, and the result is compared with the minimum fee of $2,500 that the brochure says accounts may be subject to. The higher of the two is shown, and at every balance priced here the percentage fee is larger than the floor. This is a ceiling, not a typical charge, because fees are negotiable. The brochure also prints a general fee schedule and a 401(k) schedule inside its plan advisory fees discussion, which are plan sponsor schedules and are not used for individual accounts.

How this compares

Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, Aprio Wealth Management’s own Management Fee of up to 1.2% runs up to $6,000 a year, before any sub-adviser fees.
