Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Aprio Wealth Management is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #127333, listed as ACTIVE in the SEC’s IAPD firm summary, checked October 25, 2026). Per its own current fee brochure, a $500,000 account would run up to $6,000 a year in Aprio WM’s own management fee (the published maximum of 1.2%), plus a separate sub-adviser fee if you use a sub-advised or options-based strategy. Already a client and thinking about leaving? Budget $50 if Schwab custodies your account. This review covers what its own fee brochure and current SEC registration confirm today; it does not assess fiduciary status.

What Aprio Wealth Management’s own fee schedule charges
Aprio Wealth Management, LLC is the registered adviser and is affiliated with the Aprio accounting firm. IAPD also lists the former names Tegra Financial Partners and HA&W Wealth Management, LLC. The priced figure is the investment management fee for individual clients, who include both individuals and high net worth individuals.
“based on the value of the assets in their account, up to 1.2%. Management Fees are billed either monthly in arrears based on an average daily account balance or quarterly in arrears based on the value of the assets under management on the last day of the prior reporting period”
Each balance is priced at the stated 1.2% maximum applied to the whole account, and the result is compared with the minimum fee of $2,500 that the brochure says accounts may be subject to. The higher of the two is shown, and at every balance priced here the percentage fee is larger than the floor. This is a ceiling on Aprio WM’s own management fee, not a typical charge, because fees are negotiable; fees of a sub-adviser for sub-advised and options-based strategies are separate from, and in addition to, that fee. The brochure also prints a general fee schedule and a 401(k) schedule inside its plan advisory fees discussion, which are plan sponsor schedules and are not used for individual accounts.
The table below is the firm’s own advisory fee schedule. Fund expenses, custodian charges and any third-party manager or platform fees are generally separate from an advisory fee like this one; Item 5 of the brochure lists what applies to a given account.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $3,000 |
| $500,000 | $6,000 |
| $1,000,000 | $12,000 |
| $2,000,000 | $24,000 |

Registration
Aprio Wealth Management, LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #127333, listed as ACTIVE in the SEC’s IAPD firm summary, checked October 25, 2026).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity).
What it costs to leave
Aprio Wealth Management, LLC’s Form ADV Part 2A states “Either party can terminate the Management Agreement with written notice to the other party.” Aprio Wealth Management, LLC names two possible custodians in its brochure, with no single default. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.’s own published fee schedule states “Full transfer (out) of assets $50 per account”. Fidelity Brokerage Services, LLC discloses no comparable line item (an honest gap).
The general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.

This page was built September 28, 2026, drawing directly on Aprio Wealth Management’s own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below, and a fresh SEC IAPD registration check run the same day.
