What Fiducient Advisors’ own fee schedule charges
CRD 106720 is ACTIVE and SEC registered per a live IAPD lookup performed this session (isSECRegistered: Y, iaScope: ACTIVE). Fiducient Advisors’ own brochure states it had approximately $52,462,188,996 of regulatory assets under management as of December 31, 2025, confirmed directly against the fetched brochure text. Fiducient discloses no standardized fee schedule and negotiates fees client by client; no minimum fee is disclosed for its Wealth Office private client line, and discretionary fees for that line are stated only as a ceiling, up to 1.0% of assets.
“Discretionary Asset based fees for assets we advise typically range up to .30% for institutional clients and up to 1.0% for Wealth Management”
Fiducient’s brochure explicitly disclaims a standardized fee schedule and prices services individually, but it does disclose a firm wide ceiling for its Wealth Office discretionary asset based fees of up to one percent per year, the figure a Wealth Office individual client would be priced against at most. That one percent ceiling is applied uniformly to each balance shown, with no minimum fee available to apply as a floor.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $2,500 |
| $500,000 | $5,000 |
| $1,000,000 | $10,000 |
| $2,000,000 | $20,000 |

Registration
Fiducient Advisors LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #106720, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity). For the fiduciary-standard question itself, see the fiduciary-status page for Fiducient Advisors.
What it costs to leave
Fiducient Advisors LLC’s Form ADV Part 2A states “Typically, a client may terminate its advisory relationship at any time upon no less than 30 days prior notice.” Fiducient Advisors LLC names exactly one custodian in its brochure: Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.’s own published fee schedule states “Full transfer (out) of assets: $50 per account.”

Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, drawing directly on Fiducient Advisors’ own current fee brochure, linked above, and a fresh SEC IAPD registration check run the same day. As of September 28, 2026, this site publishes a fiduciary-status page and a minimum-investment page for Fiducient Advisors; where the exit-fee page already exists it is linked above and drawn from that already-sourced page. Any fact we could not independently confirm is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified. Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for reading Fiducient Advisors’ own Form ADV Part 2A and Form CRS.
