Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: United Wealth Management publishes a standard, negotiable Program Fee of 2.0% in its Form ADV Part 2A, Appendix 1 (March 30, 2026). Converted to dollars, that runs $10,000 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.
The published numbers
From the Form ADV Part 2A, Appendix 1 (March 30, 2026): “Our advisory fees are typically asset-based and charged as a percentage of assets under management (“AUM”). Fees are billed quarterly in advanced calculated on the quarter end market value. Fees may be negotiable based on services, complexity, and account size. We follow the fee schedule as outlined in the WFC Wrap Fee Brochure. Program Fee Schedules The current standard Program Fees, which is negotiable, are shown below.”
Note: CRD 39062 is ACTIVE and SEC registered per a live IAPD lookup performed this session (isSECRegistered: Y, iaScope: ACTIVE). The firm’s current registered name is United Brokerage Services, Inc, a bank-affiliated broker-dealer and investment adviser that the brochure states is principally owned by United Asset Management Corporation, a subsidiary of United Bank, Inc; the firm brands itself publicly as United Wealth Management. The firm’s own brochure states it manages approximately $753,943,793 in client assets, entirely on a non-discretionary basis, as of December 31, 2025. The fee tables for the firm’s five Wells Fargo Clearing Services advisory platforms (Asset Advisor, PUMA, CustomChoice, Fund Source, and Private Advisor Network) are each printed as an embedded image in the brochure rather than as extractable text; every one of the five was read directly off a rendered page image at 200 dots per inch and independently re-verified a second time against that same rendered image during kit assembly, and all five print the identical standard rate of 2.00%, which is the figure priced here.
The published standard rate: 2.0% per year, which the brochure says is negotiable.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $5,000 | 2.00% |
| $500,000 | $10,000 | 2.00% |
| $1,000,000 | $20,000 | 2.00% |
| $2,000,000 | $40,000 | 2.00% |
The firm’s current standard Program Fee is a flat 2.00% of account value, disclosed identically across all five Wells Fargo Clearing Services advisory platforms, so each balance shown is priced by applying that single rate directly, running from $5,000 at $250,000 up to $40,000 at $2,000,000. The brochure states this standard rate is negotiable but discloses no separate dollar minimum fee to apply as a floor.
How this compares
Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, United Wealth Management’s own published maximum rate runs up to $10,000 a year.
