Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Titan is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #290111, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD). Per its own current fee brochure, a $500,000 account would run $2,000 a year under its published fee schedule. Already a client and thinking about leaving? Budget $100 for an outgoing ACAT transfer ($75 if you liquidate to cash first), or $100 to close an IRA, per Titan’s own Form ADV and Fee Schedule. This review covers what its fee brochure and current SEC registration confirm today; this firm also has a fiduciary-status page and minimum-investment page on this site.

What Titan’s own fee schedule charges
Titan excludes certain assets from the Advisory Fee entirely (assets held in the ARK Venture Fund and any assets in a client’s legacy Personal Trading Account), and may negotiate lower fees for some clients; the figure here is the brochure’s own stated default rate.
“Except as noted below, the annual Advisory Fee that Titan charges is a flat fee of 0.40% for advisory services. The Advisory Fee is prorated and charged monthly, in arrears. The Advisory Fee is assessed based on the daily average market value of assets under management (“AUM”) in a Client’s portfolio over the previous month’s billing cycle. Titan may from time to time, in its sole discretion, offer lower fees through promotions, referrals and other discounts to and/or negotiate separate fee and billing arrangements with some Clients that differ from the Wrap Program Fee.”
Titan’s own brochure states a flat 0.40% Advisory Fee as the default rate applied to all clients except where Titan negotiates a lower rate at its own discretion; dollar_at = balance x 0.004 at each of the four balances.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $1,000 |
| $500,000 | $2,000 |
| $1,000,000 | $4,000 |
| $2,000,000 | $8,000 |

Registration
Titan Global Capital Management USA LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #290111, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity). For the fiduciary-standard question itself, see the fiduciary-status page for Titan.
What it costs to leave
Titan Global Capital Management USA LLC’s Form ADV Wrap Brochure lets clients terminate at any time, with assets liquidated and returned less any Wrap Program Fee due. Titan does not custody assets itself; Apex Clearing Corporation is the qualified custodian, with Titan’s affiliate, Titan Global Technologies LLC, as introducing broker. The brochure states its own figure directly: a one-time $100 fee for an outgoing ACAT (avoidable by liquidating to cash first, which incurs the lower non-ACAT rate), confirmed on Titan’s own separately published Fee Schedule, plus a $100 IRA termination fee.

Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, drawing directly on Titan’s own current fee brochure, linked above, and a fresh SEC IAPD registration check run the same day. As of September 28, 2026, this site publishes a fiduciary-status page and a minimum-investment page for Titan; where the exit-fee page already exists it is linked above and drawn from that already-sourced page. Any fact we could not independently confirm is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified. Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for reading Titan’s own Form ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. We have not used Titan as a client. Titan did not pay for, review, or influence this content. See our Editorial Policy, Corrections, Affiliate Disclosure, and Disclaimer.
