Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Titan discloses a flat rate of 0.4% for advisory services (Titan may, in its sole discretion, offer lower fees through promotions or negotiated arrangements for some clients) in its Titan Global Capital Management USA LLC Form ADV Part 2A / Wrap Fee Brochure (June 12, 2026). Converted to dollars, that runs $2,000 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.
The published numbers
From the Titan Global Capital Management USA LLC Form ADV Part 2A / Wrap Fee Brochure (June 12, 2026): “Except as noted below, the annual Advisory Fee that Titan charges is a flat fee of 0.40% for advisory services. The Advisory Fee is prorated and charged monthly, in arrears. The Advisory Fee is assessed based on the daily average market value of assets under management (“AUM”) in a Client’s portfolio over the previous month’s billing cycle. Titan may from time to time, in its sole discretion, offer lower fees through promotions, referrals and other discounts to and/or negotiate separate fee and billing arrangements with some Clients that differ from the Wrap Program Fee.”
Note: Titan excludes certain assets from the Advisory Fee entirely (assets held in the ARK Venture Fund and any assets in a client’s legacy Personal Trading Account), and may negotiate lower fees for some clients; the figure here is the brochure’s own stated default rate.
The published flat rate: 0.4% per year.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $1,000 | 0.40% |
| $500,000 | $2,000 | 0.40% |
| $1,000,000 | $4,000 | 0.40% |
| $2,000,000 | $8,000 | 0.40% |
Titan’s own brochure states a flat 0.40% Advisory Fee as the default rate applied to all clients except where Titan negotiates a lower rate at its own discretion; dollar_at = balance x 0.004 at each of the four balances.
How this compares
Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, Titan’s own published rate runs $2,000 a year.
