Tiedemann Advisors’ own Form ADV Part 2A brochure never states a specific dollar minimum account size, a minimum investment amount, or a minimum annual fee anywhere in the document. It does say, in Item 5, that the Adviser “has charged and may continue to charge a flat or minimum management fee” that “may exceed 0.85% per annum” of the assets it manages, without ever putting a dollar figure on it, and Item 7 leaves any Fund investment minimums to each Fund’s own offering materials.
