Per its own current fee brochure, a $500,000 account would run $3,750 a year under its published fee schedule. Already a client and thinking about leaving? Budget $150 at Pershing. This review covers what its own fee brochure and current SEC registration confirm today; it does not assess fiduciary status or account minimums.

What State Farm Investment Management’s own fee schedule charges
The registrant is State Farm Investment Management Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of State Farm, and it markets the program through State Farm insurance agents who are registered with State Farm VP Management Corp. The priced schedule is the advisory fee of the wrap fee program, which the brochure says is open to individual, joint, traditional IRA and Roth IRA accounts.
“Advisory AUM Based Fee Pricing Tier ($) Advisory Fee 15,000* 99,999 1.25% 100,000 499,999 1.00% 500,000 999,999 0.75% 1,000,000 9,999,999 0.50%”
The brochure states that the firm uses a cliff approach, in which the entire balance is subject to the single rate for the tier it falls in, so each balance is priced at one rate applied to the whole account rather than stacked by band. That means $250,000 is priced at 1.00%, $500,000 at 0.75%, $1,000,000 at 0.50% and $2,000,000 at 0.50%. The only minimum fee the brochure discloses is $45 a quarter for accounts under $15,000, so no floor applies at these balances. The tier is set on the account plus any other accounts the firm manages for the same client, and clients may opt in to household those with eligible family members. The published schedule is the fee the firm charges, not a ceiling.
The table below is the firm’s own advisory fee schedule. Fund expenses, custodian charges and any third-party manager or platform fees are generally separate from an advisory fee like this one; Item 5 of the brochure lists what applies to a given account.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $2,500 |
| $500,000 | $3,750 |
| $1,000,000 | $5,000 |
| $2,000,000 | $10,000 |

Registration
State Farm Investment Management Corp. is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #3487, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity).
What it costs to leave
State Farm Investment Management Corp.’s Form ADV Part 2A states “You or Adviser may terminate your participation in the Program at any time without any advisory termination fee.” State Farm Investment Management Corp. names exactly one custodian in its brochure: Pershing LLC. Pershing Advisor Solutions LLC’s own published fee schedule states “Account Termination”
The general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.
