Note: CRD 318234 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered through a live SEC IAPD lookup on September 28, 2026. The registrant is Public Advisors LLC, which IAPD also lists as Public.com and Open to the Public Advisors. The brochure reports $25,350,835 in client assets managed on a discretionary basis as of March 28, 2026. The priced schedule is the tiered Management Fee for its Treasury Account; the firm’s Direct Indexing account is charged a flat 0.19% and its Generated Assets account a flat 0.49%, and neither is priced here.
- $0-$25,000: 0.29%
- $25,001-$100,000: 0.24%
- $100,001-$1,000,000: 0.19%
- $1,000,001-$5,000,000: 0.14%
- $5,000,001 and above: 0.09%
The Management Fee covers investment advisory services only. It does not cover trade execution, which is provided by the firm’s affiliated broker-dealer, Public Investing; for Treasury accounts that broker charges a markup or markdown on each Treasury purchase or sale, and it may also charge wire transfer, paper statement and inactivity fees. Those costs are in addition to the Management Fee and are not reflected in the figures below. The firm may negotiate, reduce or waive the fee and may change the rates on written notice.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $538 | 0.22% |
| $500,000 | $1,013 | 0.20% |
| $1,000,000 | $1,963 | 0.20% |
| $2,000,000 | $3,363 | 0.17% |
The Treasury Account schedule is marginal, so each rate applies only to the slice of the balance inside its band. For example, a $500,000 balance pays 0.29% on the first $25,000, 0.24% on the next $75,000 and 0.19% on the remaining $400,000. Each result lands on a half dollar and is rounded up to the next whole dollar. The brochure discloses no minimum annual fee for the Treasury Account, though it requires $1,000 to open and maintain one.
