Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: $1,000,000 for an investment advisory account. Lido Advisors’ own Form ADV Part 2A brochure states this figure directly, though the firm can waive or reduce it at its own discretion. At that minimum, Lido Advisors’ own published fee schedule works out to $12,500 a year.
The minimum, in the firm’s own words
“Lido generally requires a minimum of $1 million to open an investment advisory account.”
On waivability: “Lido reserves the right to waive or adjust this minimum, as well as decline any potential client, for any reason.”

| $250,000 | $10,000 |

What else to know
Lido separately charges a minimum Asset Management fee of $2,500 a quarter ($10,000 a year), which is the figure that governs pricing on accounts Lido agrees to open below the $1 million account minimum: “when a client’s total Managed Account(s) Assets Amount is less than $800,000, the minimum fee paid equals more than 1.25% of the Managed Account(s) Assets Amount.” That $10,000 minimum fee, not the $1 million account minimum, is what the fee table below prices at $250,000 and $500,000.
What a larger account would cost
The minimum is only the entry point. On a $500,000 account, Lido Advisors’ own published fee schedule runs $10,000 a year; see the full dollar breakdown from Lido Advisors’ own fee disclosure across several account sizes. Read our full review of Lido Advisors before you decide.

Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, quoting directly from Lido Advisors’ own current Form ADV Part 2A / wrap-fee brochure, with the source linked above. The annual-fee-at-the-minimum figure applies that same brochure’s own published fee schedule to the disclosed minimum dollar amount; any distinction we could not independently confirm this session is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified. Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for reading the firm’s own Form ADV Part 2A.
