Lido Advisors Fees (2026): What You Pay in Dollars at $250k, $500k, $1M

Guides › Financial Advisor Fees

Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Lido Advisors discloses a whole-balance breakpoint schedule starting at 1.25% in its Firm Brochure (Part 2A of Form ADV) (August 27, 2026). Converted to dollars, that runs $10,000 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.

The published numbers

From the Firm Brochure (Part 2A of Form ADV) (August 27, 2026): “Lido’s Asset Management fee is calculated based on an annual percentage that is determined by the client’s total managed assets amount (“Managed Account(s) Assets Amount”), as described below. Annual Percentage Managed Account(s) Assets Amount 1.25% on account assets under $2,000,000 … 1.00% on account assets of $2,000,000 and higher … Clients are charged a minimum Asset Management fee of $2,500 per quarter”

Note: Lido also offers, ‘in certain instances,’ an alternative marginal fee calculation, but the brochure presents the whole-balance calculation as the default methodology, used here. AUM $42,504,972,428.

  • Under $2,000,000: 1.25%
  • $2,000,000 and higher: 1.00%

Minimum annual fee: $10,000.

What you would pay

Account balanceAnnual fee (dollars)Effective rate
$250,000$10,0004.00%
$500,000$10,0002.00%
$1,000,000$12,5001.25%
$2,000,000$20,0001.00%

Lido’s Asset Management fee is a whole-balance rate: the single applicable Annual Percentage (1.25% under $2,000,000, 1.00% at $2,000,000 and higher) is applied to the entire Managed Account(s) Assets Amount, not just the portion above a breakpoint (the brochure separately offers an alternative marginal calculation ‘in certain instances,’ not used here since it is not the default). The stated $10,000 annual minimum fee floors the $250,000 and $500,000 figures.

How this compares

Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, Lido Advisors’s own published rate runs $10,000 a year.
