The published numbers

From the Form ADV Part 2A (July 14, 2026): “Market Value Annual Fee Up to $999,999 1.50% $1,000,000 $4,999,999 1.00% $5,000,000 $9,999,999 0.75% $10,000,000 $19,999,999 0.50% Above $20,000,000 0.40%”

Note: CRD 104233 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered through a live SEC IAPD lookup on September 28, 2026. The registrant is Flagstar Securities, Inc. of New York, a dually registered broker-dealer and investment adviser that the SEC record also lists as Flagstar Advisors and, formerly, Signature Securities Group. The firm reports about $784.3 million in regulatory assets under management. The priced schedule is the Managed Account Program advisory fee, and the brochure lists individuals and high net worth individuals among its clients.

  • $0-$999,999: 1.50%
  • $1,000,000-$4,999,999: 1.00%
  • $5,000,000-$9,999,999: 0.75%
  • $10,000,000-$19,999,999: 0.50%
  • $20,000,000 and above: 0.40%

The priced figure is the advisory fee only. The brochure says client fees in its Managed Account Program include an advisory fee, a separate sponsor fee for implementation, platform and administrative services (0.12% under $500,000 down to 0.03% above $20,000,000), and, where a third-party manager runs the account, an additional TPA fee of 0.25% to 1.25%. The sponsor fee and TPA fee are both in addition to the advisory fee and are not in the figures below. Fund-level expenses, transaction charges and custodian fees are also separate.

What you would pay

Account balanceAnnual fee (dollars)Effective rate
$250,000$3,7501.50%
$500,000$7,5001.50%
$1,000,000$10,0001.00%
$2,000,000$20,0001.00%

The brochure says the table reflects the maximum fees the firm permits and is based on threshold billing, meaning that when the account balance reaches the next threshold, the listed fee is charged on the entire account balance. Each balance is therefore priced at the single rate for the band it falls in, applied to the whole balance rather than stacked by band. The brochure states that the firm has no minimum account size or minimum annual fee, so no floor applies. Advisory fees are described as negotiable, so the figures are ceilings rather than typical charges.

How this compares
