What Carbon Collective’s own fee schedule charges
The registrant is Carbon Collective Investing, LLC, the same name the firm markets under. The brochure reports approximately $353,169,856 in assets managed on a discretionary basis as of December 31, 2025. The priced schedule is the Personal Wrap Fee Program for individuals and high-net-worth individuals investing through the firm’s website; the separate Employer program for 401(k) and 403(b) plans is charged differently and is not priced here.
“Our annual program fee is based on a percentage of the assets under management, according to the schedule below: Assets Under Management Annual Wrap Fee Up to $5,000 1.00% Over $5,000 0.25% This is a blended tier fee schedule, which means that different fees are applied to the different levels of assets under management.”
The brochure calls this a blended tier schedule, so each rate applies only to the slice of the balance inside its band: 1.00% on the first $5,000 and 0.25% on everything above. At every balance shown, the first $5,000 costs $50 and the remainder is charged at 0.25%. Each result lands on a half dollar and is rounded up to the next whole dollar. The brochure discloses no minimum annual fee for this schedule; the only minimum it mentions is $100,000 for custom portfolios of individual securities.
The table below is the firm’s own advisory fee schedule. Fund expenses, custodian charges and any third-party manager or platform fees are generally separate from an advisory fee like this one; Item 5 of the brochure lists what applies to a given account.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $663 |
| $500,000 | $1,288 |
| $1,000,000 | $2,538 |
| $2,000,000 | $5,038 |

Registration
Carbon Collective Investing, LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #310129, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity).
What it costs to leave
We did not find a firm-specific dollar figure for leaving Carbon Collective in its brochure or in its custodian’s published schedules, so we are not stating one. The general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.

Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, drawing directly on Carbon Collective’s own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below, and a fresh SEC IAPD registration check run the same day. Where exit-fee facts are cited, they trace to the named custodian’s own published schedule. Any fact we could not independently confirm is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified. Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for reading Carbon Collective’s own Form ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. We have not used Carbon Collective as a client. Carbon Collective did not pay for, review, or influence this content. See our Editorial Policy, Corrections, Affiliate Disclosure, and Disclaimer.
