Atomic Invest Review (2026): Fees and SEC Registration

Guides › Financial Advisor Fees

Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Atomic Invest is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #313255, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD). Per its own current fee brochure, a $500,000 account would run up to $5,000 a year (the published maximum) under its published fee schedule. Already a client and thinking about leaving? Budget $150 at Pershing. This review covers what its own fee brochure and current SEC registration confirm today; it does not assess fiduciary status or account minimums.

What Atomic Invest’s own fee schedule charges

The registrant is Atomic Invest LLC, which IAPD also lists under the names Atomic and Helium Advisors LLC. The brochure reports approximately $319,519,342 in regulatory assets under management as of December 31, 2025. Atomic runs a platform that enrolls clients through business partners, so the maximum shown covers its wrap program generally and the fee an individual pays can differ by partner or program.

“Atomic’s investment advisory or custody fee (Wrap Fee) is up to 1.00% per annum based on the aggregate net asset value in the client’s account. Advisory and custody fees are not the same for all clients and may vary depending on factors like account size, services provided, and the business partner or program through which a client enrolls.”

Atomic publishes only a stated maximum of 1.00% per annum on the aggregate net asset value in the account, not a tiered schedule, so each balance is priced at that maximum on the whole balance. The brochure discloses no minimum annual fee and states that there is generally no minimum account size. These are ceiling figures, not typical charges.

The table below is the firm’s own advisory fee schedule. Fund expenses, custodian charges and any third-party manager or platform fees are generally separate from an advisory fee like this one; Item 5 of the brochure lists what applies to a given account.

Account balanceAnnual fee
$250,000$2,500
$500,000$5,000
$1,000,000$10,000
$2,000,000$20,000

These figures come directly from Atomic Invest’s own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below.

Registration

Atomic Invest LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #313255, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).

This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity).

What it costs to leave

Atomic Invest LLC’s Form ADV Part 2A states “If a client terminates his or her account before the month end, the investment advisory or custody fee will be prorated.” Atomic Invest LLC names exactly one custodian in its brochure: Pershing LLC. Pershing Advisor Solutions LLC’s own published fee schedule states “Account Termination”

The general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.

Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, drawing directly on Atomic Invest’s own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below, and a fresh SEC IAPD registration check run the same day. Where exit-fee facts are cited, they trace to the named custodian’s own published schedule. Any fact we could not independently confirm is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified. Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for reading Atomic Invest’s own Form ADV Part 2A and Form CRS.
