IMPORTANT CRD CORRECTION: the hinted CRD 14869 (‘Ameritas Investment Company, LLC’) is verified via SEC IAPD (api.adviserinfo.sec.gov/search/firm/14869) to have had its SEC investment-adviser registration TERMINATED effective 11/16/2021 (it remains an active FINRA broker-dealer only); its last Part 2A brochures date to September 2021 and are no longer in force. Ameritas’ current, active SEC-registered investment adviser is Ameritas Investment Partners, Inc. (CRD 109381, iaScope ACTIVE, last ADV filed 3/25/2026), which sponsors the retail ‘Private Clients’ wrap program used by Ameritas Investment Company’s IARs. This is a marginal (tax-bracket-style) tiered schedule computed from $0: (1) $250,000 = 200,000*0.02 + 50,000*0.01 = $4,000+$500 = $4,500; (2) $500,000 = 200,000*0.02 + 300,000*0.01 = $4,000+$3,000 = $7,000; (3) $1,000,000 = 200,000*0.02 + 800,000*0.01 = $4,000+$8,000 = $12,000; (4) $2,000,000 = 200,000*0.02 + 800,000*0.01 + 1,000,000*0.0075 = $4,000+$8,000+$7,500 = $19,500. No dollar minimum annual fee is stated (only a $100,000 minimum account size, which can be waived).
