Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Concorde Asset Management is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #140367, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD). Per its own current fee brochure, a $500,000 account would run up to $11,250 a year (the published maximum) under its published fee schedule. Already a client and thinking about leaving? Budget $150 at Pershing, or $50 at Schwab, depending on your custodian. This review covers what its own fee brochure and current SEC registration confirm today; it does not assess fiduciary status or account minimums.

What Concorde Asset Management’s own fee schedule charges
Concorde Asset Management, LLC is the registered adviser and the advisory arm of Concorde Investment Services, a broker-dealer, and it has an affiliated insurance agency. The priced figure is the maximum fee for the discretionary investment management program, which serves individual clients and a small number of high net worth clients. The brochure says the minimum account size is generally $50,000.
“maximum of 2.25% annually, including any applicable platform fees. Discretionary Investment Management Services fee structure has up to three separate components: the representative’s fee, the subadvisor or model manager(s) fee, and the Overlay Platform Fee.”
Each balance is priced at the stated 2.25% maximum applied to the whole account. This is a ceiling that the brochure says a representative may set up to, not a typical or scheduled charge, and the actual rate is negotiated and written into the client agreement. The brochure discloses no minimum annual dollar fee for this program, so no floor applies. The firm’s separate retirement plan schedule and its platform fee tables are not individual account schedules and are not used here.
The table below is the firm’s own advisory fee schedule. Fund expenses, custodian charges and any third-party manager or platform fees are generally separate from an advisory fee like this one; Item 5 of the brochure lists what applies to a given account.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $5,625 |
| $500,000 | $11,250 |
| $1,000,000 | $22,500 |
| $2,000,000 | $45,000 |

Registration
Concorde Asset Management, LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #140367, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity).
What it costs to leave
Concorde Asset Management, LLC’s Form ADV Part 2A states “You or we may terminate our services for any reason by providing 30 days’ written notice from either party to the other.” Concorde Asset Management, LLC names three possible custodians in its brochure, with no single default. Pershing Advisor Solutions LLC’s own published fee schedule states “Account Termination” Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.’s own published fee schedule states “Full transfer (out) of assets” RBC Capital Markets, LLC discloses no comparable line item (an honest gap).
The general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.
