From the Form ADV Part 2A (March 30, 2026): “First $2,000,000 1.10% Next $3,000,000 0.75% Next $5,000,000 0.50% Next $10,000,000 > 0.40%”
Note: CRD 38357 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered through a live SEC IAPD lookup on September 28, 2026. CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC is the registered adviser and is the wealth arm affiliated with the accounting firm CLA LLP; the SEC record also lists LarsonAllen Financial and CLA Meridian Capital among its other names. The firm reports about $14.4 billion in regulatory assets under management. The priced figure is the standard asset management fee for individual clients, whose Part 1A reports include high net worth individuals. The brochure’s separate retirement plan schedule is not used.
- $0-$2,000,000: 1.10%
- $2,000,001-$5,000,000: 0.75%
- $5,000,001-$10,000,000: 0.50%
- $10,000,001 and above: 0.40%
The priced figure is the advisory fee only. The brochure says clients also incur brokerage and transaction costs, custodian fees, and the fees and expenses of mutual funds, ETFs and private funds, and that on assets held in such vehicles clients pay two levels of advisory fees, one to the firm and one to the fund manager. Sub-advisor fees, early redemption fees, termination or CDSC charges, wire and postage fees, financial planning hourly charges, tax preparation fees and IRA account fees may be added on top, and clients using Schwab wrap or sub-advisory accounts should review the separate Schwab disclosures. Some clients also pay a negotiable annual maintenance fee on client-directed accounts. The brochure says actual fees may be higher or lower than the standard schedule.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $2,750 | 1.10% |
| $500,000 | $5,500 | 1.10% |
| $1,000,000 | $11,000 | 1.10% |
| $2,000,000 | $22,000 | 1.10% |
The brochure calls its Core client fee, for households with $2 million or less under management when they become clients, a flat 1.10%, and gives a graduated schedule for Non-Core clients whose first $2,000,000 is also 1.10%. Every balance shown here is priced on the graduated schedule, with each rate applied only to the band it covers, because the schedule is worded as First, Next and Next amounts. The last band is printed with a greater-than sign, which is read here as $10,000,001 and above. Up to $2,000,000 the Core and Non-Core figures are identical. The brochure discloses no minimum investment or fixed minimum annual advisory fee for asset management, saying only that minimum fees may be charged for certain services with notice to the client, so no floor applies. Fees may be individually negotiated, and the schedule is a standard, not a guaranteed charge.
