Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Atomic Invest discloses a wrap fee of up to 1.00% a year in its Form ADV Part 2A (March 31, 2026), and says the fee varies by client, account size, services and enrolling partner or program. Converted to dollars, that runs $5,000 a year on a $500,000 account, before fund fees and before any other adviser’s fee, which are charged in addition; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.
The published numbers
From the Form ADV Part 2A (March 31, 2026): “Atomic’s investment advisory or custody fee (Wrap Fee) is up to 1.00% per annum based on the aggregate net asset value in the client’s account. Advisory and custody fees are not the same for all clients and may vary depending on factors like account size, services provided, and the business partner or program through which a client enrolls.”
Note: CRD 313255 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered through a live SEC IAPD lookup on September 28, 2026. The registrant is Atomic Invest LLC, which IAPD also lists under the names Atomic and Helium Advisors LLC. The brochure reports approximately $319,519,342 in regulatory assets under management as of December 31, 2025. Atomic runs a platform that enrolls clients through business partners, so the maximum shown covers its wrap program generally and the fee an individual pays can differ by partner or program.
The published maximum: 1.0% per year (The priced figure is the stated maximum for the Atomic Wrap Fee Program, which bundles advisory fees with brokerage costs such as commissions and sales fees. The wrap fee does not include administrative charges such as wire transfer or ACH fees. Fees charged inside any funds held in the account are additional, and if another adviser is used for the account, that adviser’s fee is charged on top of Atomic’s fee. The brochure says the wrap program does not apply to ERISA retirement accounts, IRAs or 529 plans.).
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $2,500 | 1.00% |
| $500,000 | $5,000 | 1.00% |
| $1,000,000 | $10,000 | 1.00% |
| $2,000,000 | $20,000 | 1.00% |
Atomic publishes only a stated maximum of 1.00% per annum on the aggregate net asset value in the account, not a tiered schedule, so each balance is priced at that maximum on the whole balance. The brochure discloses no minimum annual fee and states that there is generally no minimum account size. These are ceiling figures, not typical charges.
How this compares
Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, Atomic Invest’s own published maximum rate runs up to $5,000 a year.
