What Allstate Financial Advisors’ own fee schedule charges
CRD 109524 is ACTIVE and SEC registered per a live IAPD lookup performed this session (isSECRegistered: Y, iaScope: ACTIVE). AFA’s own brochure states it managed approximately $117,559,871 on a non-discretionary basis as of December 31, 2025, and does not manage any assets on a discretionary basis as of the date of the brochure. The priced schedule applies to AFA’s FMAX Fund Strategist Portfolio and Allstate Guided UMA programs, which publish an identical account-size fee table; AFA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allstate Insurance Company operating through a captive network of Investment Advisory Representatives who are dually registered with the affiliated broker-dealer Allstate Financial Services, LLC.
“The fee is based on a percentage of the customer’s managed assets, ranging up to 1.5%, depending on the size of the account. The customer is assessed the same fee regardless of the payment made to the IAR. Fees are typically charged quarterly, in advance, and are based upon the market value of the account on the last day of the appropriate period. All fees are deducted from the customer’s account. FMAX FSP Account Size/Tiers Minimum Fee Maximum Fee $0 $250,000 0.50% 1.50% $250,000 $500,000 0.50% 1.35% $500,000 $1,000,000 0.50% 1.25% $1,000,000 $2,000,000 0.50% 1.15% $2,000,000 $5,000,000 0.50% 1.00% $5,000,000 + 0.50% 0.80%”
Allstate’s own table prices each account-size bracket between a stated minimum of 0.50% and a stated maximum that steps down as the balance grows; the figures shown here use the published maximum for the bracket a given balance falls into, since that is the ceiling AFA discloses before any IAR negotiation toward the 0.50% floor. No dollar minimum annual fee is disclosed for this program.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $3,750 |
| $500,000 | $6,750 |
| $1,000,000 | $12,500 |
| $2,000,000 | $23,000 |

Registration
Allstate Financial Advisors, LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #109524, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity). For the fiduciary-standard question itself, see the fiduciary-status page for Allstate Financial Advisors.
What it costs to leave
Allstate Financial Advisors does not yet have a dedicated exit-fee page on this site. The general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.

Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, drawing directly on Allstate Financial Advisors’ own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below, and a fresh SEC IAPD registration check run the same day. As of September 28, 2026, this site publishes a fiduciary-status page and a minimum-investment page for Allstate Financial Advisors; where the exit-fee facts above are cited, they were independently verified against the same primary source.
