Guides › Financial Advisor Fees

Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: WesBanco Securities discloses a whole-balance breakpoint schedule starting at 2.00% in its Form ADV Part 2A Appendix 1: Comprehensive Portfolio Management Wrap Fee Program Brochure (March 30, 2026). Converted to dollars, that runs $7,500 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.

The published numbers

From the Form ADV Part 2A Appendix 1: Comprehensive Portfolio Management Wrap Fee Program Brochure (March 30, 2026): “The fee schedule is as follows:* Assets Under Management Fee First $499,999 = 2.00% $500,000 to $1,999,999.99 = 1.50% Amounts greater than $2,000,000 = 1.00% *These fees are negotiable and the final fee schedule is documented in the Registered Investor Advisor Client Agreement.”

Note: CRD 43276 independently re-verified ACTIVE/isSECRegistered=Y; WesBanco Securities is also FINRA-registered as a broker-dealer, but its IA registration is independently active. Fee schedule is from WSI’s own directly sponsored Comprehensive Portfolio Management Wrap Fee Program (WSI Advisory Accounts), which has a $50,000 minimum initial account value.

  • First $499,999: 2.00%
  • $500,000 to $1,999,999.99: 1.50%
  • Amounts greater than $2,000,000: 1.00%

What you would pay

Account balanceAnnual fee (dollars)Effective rate
$250,000$5,0002.00%
$500,000$7,5001.50%
$1,000,000$15,0001.50%
$2,000,000$20,0001.00%

Figures apply the wrap program’s whole-account breakpoint rate for the bracket containing the total balance rather than a blended marginal calculation; a balance of exactly $2,000,000 is treated as entering the top bracket since the middle bracket’s stated ceiling is $1,999,999.99.

How this compares

Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, WesBanco Securities’s own published rate runs $7,500 a year.
