Note: Marginal/incremental schedule explicitly stated (‘Fees are incremental … different rates are charged on different tranches’). A separate 0.05% annual Custody, Platform and Admin (CPA) fee is layered on top of the marginal advisory tiers as a standard charge and is included in dollar_at.
