Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Waldron Private Wealth discloses a maximum, individually negotiated rate of 1.5% in its Waldron Private Wealth, LLC Form ADV Part 2A Brochure (August 4, 2026). Converted to dollars, that runs $7,500 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.

The published numbers

From the Waldron Private Wealth, LLC Form ADV Part 2A Brochure (August 4, 2026): “Registrant’s annual investment management fee shall vary (up to 1.50% of the total assets placed under Registrant’s management/advisement) and shall be based upon various objective and subjective factors, including, but not limited to, the amount of the assets placed under Registrant’s direct management, the amount of the assets placed under Registrant’s advisement, the complexity of the engagement, and the level and scope of the overall investment advisory services to be rendered. Fee Differentials. As a result, similarly situated clients could pay diverse fees.”

Note: Waldron’s own brochure prices only its investment management fee as a single ceiling; the firm separately charges non-investment financial planning, family office and consulting fees (typically $2,000 to $250,000 fixed, or $75 to $500 an hour) that are not part of the asset-based figure priced here.

The published maximum: 1.5% per year.
