What Waldron Private Wealth’s own fee schedule charges
Waldron’s own brochure prices only its investment management fee as a single ceiling; the firm separately charges non-investment financial planning, family office and consulting fees (typically $2,000 to $250,000 fixed, or $75 to $500 an hour) that are not part of the asset-based figure priced here.
“Registrant’s annual investment management fee shall vary (up to 1.50% of the total assets placed under Registrant’s management/advisement) and shall be based upon various objective and subjective factors, including, but not limited to, the amount of the assets placed under Registrant’s direct management, the amount of the assets placed under Registrant’s advisement, the complexity of the engagement, and the level and scope of the overall investment advisory services to be rendered. Fee Differentials. As a result, similarly situated clients could pay diverse fees.”
Waldron’s own brochure discloses an investment management fee up to 1.50% per annum, individually negotiated per client based on stated factors; dollar_at = balance x 0.015 at each of the four balances (Waldron publishes no discrete lower tier, so the same 1.50% ceiling applies at every balance shown).
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $3,750 |
| $500,000 | $7,500 |
| $1,000,000 | $15,000 |
| $2,000,000 | $30,000 |

Registration
Waldron Private Wealth, LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #131063, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity). A standalone fiduciary-status page for Waldron Private Wealth has not been published on this site yet.
What it costs to leave
Waldron Private Wealth, LLC’s Form ADV Part 2A refunds the pro-rated portion of any advanced advisory fee on termination, with no separate exit fee of its own. Waldron’s own brochure names Fidelity, Schwab and National Advisors Trust Company as custodians, client’s choice; Schwab’s standard outgoing-transfer fee is $50, and Fidelity and National Advisors Trust disclose no comparable line item (an honest gap).
