Note: Modera states a $3,000 PER QUARTER minimum fee for Wealth Management Services; the $12,000 annual figure used on this page is our own annualization of that quarterly figure (3,000 x 4), not a number Modera itself prints as an annual total.

What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $12,000 | 4.80% |
| $500,000 | $12,000 | 2.40% |
| $1,000,000 | $12,000 | 1.20% |
| $2,000,000 | $20,000 | 1.00% |
Modera’s Wealth Management Services schedule is a marginal bracket schedule from $0 (First $2,000,000 1.00%; Next $3,000,000 0.75%; further brackets down to 0.25% above $50,000,000), with a stated $3,000 PER QUARTER minimum fee ($12,000 a year, annualized here); at $250,000, $500,000 and $1,000,000 the schedule’s 1.00% first-bracket rate ($2,500 / $5,000 / $10,000) is below the $12,000 annualized floor, so the floor applies; at $2,000,000, the full balance still sits within the First $2,000,000 bracket, so 2,000,000 x 0.01 = $20,000, above the floor.
