Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 24, 2026. Quick answer: Fifth Third Wealth Advisors discloses a tiered schedule starting at 1.00% in its Fifth Third Wealth Advisors LLC Form ADV Part 2A Brochure (March 30, 2026). Converted to dollars, that runs $7,500 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.
The published numbers
From the Fifth Third Wealth Advisors LLC Form ADV Part 2A Brochure (March 30, 2026): “Tiered Fee Schedules: Accounts Holding Equity, Cash and Mixed Accounts: Assets $5 million or less 1.00% annual fee. Assets over $5 million 0.60% annual fee. Minimum Annual Fee $7,500. Accounts below $750,000 that are charged the minimum fee are assessed a fee as a percentage of their assets that is greater than the highest rate tier of the published fee schedule.”
Note: Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (CRD 628) is a separate, independently operated Fifth Third affiliate that markets its own Summit, Compass and Passageway managed-account brands; its own brochures describe Fifth Third Wealth Advisors LLC as a distinct, separately SEC-registered adviser that FTS “operates independently from.” This page cites the entity literally named Fifth Third Wealth Advisors LLC (CRD 313015, SEC-registered since August 17, 2021), not Fifth Third Securities.
- Assets $5 million or less (equity, cash and mixed accounts): 1.00%
- Assets over $5 million: 0.60%
Minimum annual fee: $7,500.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $7,500 | 3.00% |
| $500,000 | $7,500 | 1.50% |
| $1,000,000 | $10,000 | 1.00% |
| $2,000,000 | $20,000 | 1.00% |
The published rate is 1.00% a year on assets of $5 million or less, but FTWA’s own brochure sets a $7,500 minimum annual fee, which binds below $750,000: max(balance x 0.01, 7500). At $250,000 and $500,000 the $7,500 floor applies (1% of the balance would be $2,500 and $5,000, both below the floor); at $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 the 1% rate exceeds the floor and applies directly.
How this compares
Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, Fifth Third Wealth Advisors’s own published rate runs $7,500 a year.
