Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: W&S Brokerage Services discloses a tiered schedule starting at 1.50% in its Form ADV Part 2A, Appendix 1 (March 31, 2026). Converted to dollars, that runs $7,250 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.

The published numbers

From the Form ADV Part 2A, Appendix 1 (March 31, 2026): “Value of Assets in Account Annual Fee Rate First $250,000 1.50% Next $250,000 1.40% Next $250,000 1.30% Thereafter 1.10% The following minimum quarterly fee applies: • For an account with an Investment Objective of Total Return, Income Oriented, Socially Conscious and Tax Aware, the minimum quarterly fee is $500 for a full quarter. • For an account with an Investment Objective of EnFocus™, the minimum quarterly fee is $250 for a full quarter. • For a Companion Account (defined in Item 5 below) with an Investment Objective of EnFocus™, the minimum quarterly fee is $75 for a full quarter.”

Note: CRD 8099 is ACTIVE and SEC registered per a live IAPD lookup performed this session (isSECRegistered: Y, iaScope: ACTIVE). The brochure’s only dollar AUM figure, $84.9 billion, is explicitly footnoted as belonging to Fort Washington Investment Advisors, the sub-adviser that builds the W&S Wealth Solutions models, not to W&S Brokerage Services itself; the firm’s own Form ADV Part 1A filing, independently fetched and confirmed this session, instead reports $257,179,879 in regulatory assets under management across 963 discretionary accounts as of its most recent amendment dated August 4, 2026. The priced schedule covers the firm’s sole individual-facing offering, the W&S Wealth Solutions wrap program, sponsored by W&S Brokerage Services and sub-advised by Fort Washington Investment Advisors.

  • First $250,000: 1.50%
  • Next $250,000: 1.40%
  • Next $250,000: 1.30%
  • Thereafter: 1.10%

Minimum annual fee: $2,000.

What you would pay

Account balanceAnnual fee (dollars)Effective rate
$250,000$3,7501.50%
$500,000$7,2501.45%
$1,000,000$13,2501.32%
$2,000,000$24,2501.21%

The W&S Wealth Solutions fee is a marginal tiered schedule: the first $250,000 is charged at 1.50%, the next $250,000 at 1.40%, the next $250,000 at 1.30%, and everything above $750,000 at 1.10%. The brochure also discloses a minimum quarterly fee of $500 for most investment objectives, equal to $2,000 a year, but that floor sits below the computed percentage fee at every balance shown here, so it does not change any of the four figures.

How this compares

Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, W&S Brokerage Services’s own published rate runs $7,250 a year.
