From the Disclosure Brochure (Form ADV Part 2A) (October 11, 2024): “The Advisor’s annual fee for investment advisory services shall generally be based upon a percentage (%) of the market value and type of assets placed under the Advisor’s management, payable quarterly in advance. Investment advisory fees range up to 1.50% annually based on several factors … Summit Trail management fee is negotiable, depending on individual Client circumstances.”
