Procyon Fees: $7,500 a Year at $500k (1.50% Standard)

Guides › Financial Advisor Fees

Updated September 30, 2026. Quick answer: Procyon discloses a tiered Standard Annual Fee Schedule starting at 1.50% in its Form ADV Part 2A (July 28, 2026); the brochure does not say whether each rate applies to the whole balance or by band, and this page prices it on the whole balance. Converted to dollars, that runs $7,500 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.

The published numbers

From the Form ADV Part 2A (July 28, 2026): “Asset-based investment advisory fees are based on the following Standard Annual Fee Schedule: Assets Under Management Annual Fee (%) Up to $500,000 1.50% $500,001 to $1,000,000 1.25% $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 1.00% $5,000,001 to $10,000,000 0.75% $10,000,001 to $20,000,000 0.65% $20,000,001 to $50,000,000 0.55% $50,000,001 to $100,000,000 0.45% Over $100,000,000 Negotiable”

Note: CRD 288239 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered through a live SEC IAPD lookup on September 28, 2026. The SEC record lists the firm as PROCYON, and the brochure names the registered adviser as Procyon Advisors, LLC doing business as Procyon; the record also lists Procyon Partners and Procyon Private Wealth Partners among its other names. The firm reports about $9.20 billion in regulatory assets under management across 8,716 accounts, and its Part 1A reports individual and high net worth individual clients. The priced figure is the Standard Annual Fee Schedule for investment management, which since July 2026 also covers the firm’s digital platform accounts. The retirement plan schedule and legacy client fee schedules are not used, and the tier above $100,000,000, which the brochure calls negotiable, is not priced.

  • $0-$500,000: 1.50%
  • $500,001-$1,000,000: 1.25%
  • $1,000,001-$5,000,000: 1.00%
  • $5,000,001-$10,000,000: 0.75%

The priced figure is Procyon’s investment advisory fee only. The brochure says a client may pay three separate components: the advisory fee, a custodial fee to the client’s custodian, and any investment management or program fees for the use of ETFs, mutual funds or independent managers. Where Procyon uses the Dynasty platform, the brochure says platform fees and independent manager fees are separate from and in addition to the investment management fee and appear together with it on the custodial statement. Trust fiduciary services add 0.25% to the annual fee schedule. Advisory fees include financial planning and consulting unless separately engaged. The brochure says the fee is exclusive of transaction and custody fees.

What you would pay

Account balanceAnnual fee (dollars)Effective rate
$250,000$3,7501.50%
$500,000$7,5001.50%
$1,000,000$12,5001.25%
$2,000,000$20,0001.00%

Each balance was priced by applying the single rate for the band the client’s total assets fall in to the whole balance, which is a whole-balance reading. The brochure does not state this in so many words, but it says the quarterly amount is calculated by applying the quarterly rate to the total assets under management, and it says legacy schedules, unlike the standard schedule, may use a blended structure with different rates on different tiers of assets. That yields $3,750 at $250,000, $7,500 at $500,000, $12,500 at $1,000,000 and $20,000 at $2,000,000. If the firm applied the bands marginally instead, fees at the larger balances would be higher: $13,750 instead of $12,500 at $1,000,000, $23,750 instead of $20,000 at $2,000,000. The brochure discloses no minimum annual fee. It says fees may be negotiable at the sole discretion of the adviser and that related accounts are typically grouped, so the schedule is a standard, not a guaranteed charge.

How this compares

Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, Procyon’s own published rate runs $7,500 a year.
