Note: CRD 301921 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered through a live SEC IAPD lookup on September 28, 2026. Kaufman Rossin Wealth, LLC is the registered adviser, based in Miami, Florida, and is the wealth arm associated with the Kaufman Rossin accounting firm. The firm reports about $506.7 million in regulatory assets under management across 520 accounts. The priced figure is the standard investment management schedule for individuals, trusts and other clients.

  • $0-$1,000,000: 1.50%
  • $1,000,001-$3,000,000: 1.00%
  • $3,000,001-$10,000,000: 0.75%
  • $10,000,001-$20,000,000: 0.65%
  • $20,000,001 and above: 0.50%

The brochure says the fee charged to clients includes all sub-advisory fees charged by Focus Partners Advisor Solutions, which are not separately charged. The fee is exclusive of brokerage commissions, transaction fees and related costs, and clients may incur custodian, broker and third-party manager charges plus mutual fund and ETF internal expenses. Private fund assets the firm recommends count toward assets under management, so the fee applies in addition to the fund’s own management and performance fees. Advisory fees apply to accrued interest and cash balances unless negotiated otherwise.

What you would pay

Account balanceAnnual fee (dollars)Effective rate
$250,000$3,7501.50%
$500,000$7,5001.50%
$1,000,000$15,0001.50%
$2,000,000$25,0001.25%

Each balance is priced by stacking the bands, with 1.50% on the first $1,000,000, 1.00% on the next $2,000,000, and so on down the schedule, which is how the brochure words it (a fee on each band of assets). The brochure states the firm imposes no minimum account size for investment management services and discloses no minimum annual dollar fee for it, so no floor applies. The brochure adds that in certain circumstances, including legacy clients, fees may be negotiable, and that related family accounts may be assessed on their combined balance. The separate retirement plan schedule is not used here.
