Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: $15,000 for the Adviser as Portfolio Manager (Adviser as PM) wrap program. Hornor, Townsend & Kent’s own Form ADV Part 2A brochure states this figure directly, and the brochure does not offer a general waiver for it. At that minimum, Hornor, Townsend & Kent’s own published fee schedule works out to $262.50 a year.
The minimum, in the firm’s own words
“Adviser as PM Program Fee, Minimum Investment Amount, Total Maximum Wrap Fee: $15,000, 1.75%”
Minimum investment and what it would cost
| Program | Minimum investment | Annual fee at that minimum | Waivable? |
|---|---|---|---|
| the Adviser as Portfolio Manager (Adviser as PM) wrap program | $15,000 | $262.50 | No stated waiver |

Hornor, Townsend & Kent’s own fee schedule at other balances
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $4,375 |
| $500,000 | $8,750 |
| $1,000,000 | $17,500 |
| $2,000,000 | $35,000 |
What else to know
“The annual minimum client fee is $160 and is assessed when the calculated quarterly advisory fee falls below this minimum fee.” At the $15,000 account minimum, the 1.75% schedule already computes to $262.50, above that $160 floor, so the floor does not bind at this page’s own benchmark balances either.
What a larger account would cost
The minimum is only the entry point. On a $500,000 account, Hornor, Townsend & Kent’s own published fee schedule runs up to $8,750 a year (the published maximum, which the firm says is negotiable); see the full dollar breakdown from Hornor, Townsend & Kent’s own fee disclosure across several account sizes. Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, quoting directly from Hornor, Townsend & Kent’s own current Form ADV Part 2A / wrap-fee brochure, with the source linked above. The annual-fee-at-the-minimum figure applies that same brochure’s own published fee schedule to the disclosed minimum dollar amount; any distinction we could not independently confirm this session is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified.
