Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Financial Guidance Group discloses a tiered schedule starting at 1.00% in its Form ADV Part 2A (March 24, 2026). Converted to dollars, that runs $5,000 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.
The published numbers
From the Form ADV Part 2A (March 24, 2026): “Annual AUM Fee Quarterly AUM Fee 1.00% $0-$1,000,000 0.25% 0.80% from $1,000,001-$3,000,000 0.20% 0.60% from $3,000,001-$5,000,000 0.15% Fees are negotiable above $5,000,000”
Note: CRD 108799 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered through a live SEC IAPD lookup on September 28, 2026. The registrant is Financial Guidance Group, Inc., which uses the same name as its marketing name. The firm reports about $288.4 million in regulatory assets under management. The priced schedule is the ongoing AUM fee for individual clients, and the brochure sets a general initial portfolio minimum of $500,000 for clients 40 and older and $250,000 for younger clients, so the $250,000 balance applies only to the younger group.
- $0-$1,000,000: 1.00%
- $1,000,001-$3,000,000: 0.80%
- $3,000,001-$5,000,000: 0.60%
- $5,000,001 and above: Negotiable
Minimum annual fee: $2,500.
The fee is described as one all-inclusive charge that covers ongoing wealth planning together with portfolio management. It is exclusive of custodial and transaction costs paid to the custodian or brokers, and separate from the fees and expenses of mutual funds, ETFs and other pooled investments. Fees paid to sub-advisors the firm delegates to are paid by the firm. Above $5,000,000 the brochure lists no rate and says fees are negotiable, so no figure is shown for that band.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $2,500 | 1.00% |
| $500,000 | $5,000 | 1.00% |
| $1,000,000 | $10,000 | 1.00% |
| $2,000,000 | $18,000 | 0.90% |
Each balance is priced by stacking the bands, with 1.00% on the first $1,000,000 and 0.80% on the next $1,000,000 up to $3,000,000. The brochure does not say in so many words whether the bands stack, so this is the reading used. The brochure states that all clients are subject to a $625 minimum quarterly fee, which is $2,500 a year, and each figure is the greater of the calculated fee and that floor. At $250,000 the calculated fee equals the floor. The brochure notes the firm may negotiate special fee arrangements.
How this compares
