What CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors’ own fee schedule charges
CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC is the registered adviser and is the wealth arm affiliated with the accounting firm CLA LLP; the SEC record also lists LarsonAllen Financial and CLA Meridian Capital among its other names. The priced figure is the standard asset management fee for individual clients, whose Part 1A reports include high net worth individuals. The brochure’s separate retirement plan schedule is not used.
“First $2,000,000 1.10% Next $3,000,000 0.75% Next $5,000,000 0.50% Next $10,000,000 > 0.40%”
The brochure calls its Core client fee, for households with $2 million or less under management when they become clients, a flat 1.10%, and gives a graduated schedule for Non-Core clients whose first $2,000,000 is also 1.10%. Every balance shown here is priced on the graduated schedule, with each rate applied only to the band it covers, because the schedule is worded as First, Next and Next amounts. The last band is printed with a greater-than sign, which is read here as $10,000,001 and above. Up to $2,000,000 the Core and Non-Core figures are identical. The brochure discloses no minimum investment or fixed minimum annual advisory fee for asset management, saying only that minimum fees may be charged for certain services with notice to the client, so no floor applies. Fees may be individually negotiated, and the schedule is a standard, not a guaranteed charge.
The table below is the firm’s own advisory fee schedule. Fund expenses, custodian charges and any third-party manager or platform fees are generally separate from an advisory fee like this one; Item 5 of the brochure lists what applies to a given account.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $2,750 |
| $500,000 | $5,500 |
| $1,000,000 | $11,000 |
| $2,000,000 | $22,000 |

Registration
CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #38357, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity).
What it costs to leave
CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC’s Form ADV Part 2A states “If a client terminates its agreement with us, which normally may be done at any time subject to the provisions of the Wealth Advisory Services Agreement, all fees will be pro-rated and any unearned fees will be promptly refunded.” CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC names exactly one custodian in its brochure: Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (Schwab Institutional Services). Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.’s own published fee schedule states “Full transfer (out) of assets”
The general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.
