The published numbers
From the Form ADV Part 2A (February 12, 2026): “For separately managed accounts, GHAM’s maximum annual investment management fee does not exceed 1% of assets under management. Wrap fee program and model portfolio compensation arrangements are described separately below.”
Note: CRD 143970 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered through a live SEC IAPD lookup on September 28, 2026. Gilman Hill Asset Management, LLC of New Canaan, Connecticut is the registered adviser, and the public record also lists GHAM, LLC as another name. The firm reports about $1.24 billion in regulatory assets under management. The priced figure is the stated maximum fee for separately managed accounts, and the brochure lists individuals and high net worth individuals among its clients.
The published maximum: 1.0% per year (The priced figure is the 1% stated maximum investment management fee for separately managed accounts. Wrap fee programs and model portfolio arrangements are compensated separately, through the program sponsor or platform, and are not priced here. Clients also pay the custodial and securities execution fees of the custodian and executing broker dealer, and the expenses of any funds or foreign securities they hold, all of which the brochure says are separate from and not included in the investment management fee. None of those add-ons are in the figures below.).
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $2,500 | 1.00% |
| $500,000 | $5,000 | 1.00% |
| $1,000,000 | $10,000 | 1.00% |
| $2,000,000 | $20,000 | 1.00% |
Each balance is priced at the stated 1% maximum annual investment management fee applied to the whole value of assets under management. The brochure discloses no minimum annual dollar fee, so no floor applies. These are ceiling figures, not typical charges, since the brochure says fee schedules are negotiable and may vary with account size, complexity and scope of services.
