Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Diversified is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #331709, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD). Per its own current fee brochure, a $500,000 account would run up to $9,750 a year (the published maximum, which the firm says is negotiable) under its published fee schedule. Already a client and thinking about leaving? Budget $50 if Schwab custodies your account. This review covers what its own fee brochure and current SEC registration confirm today; it does not assess fiduciary status or account minimums.

What Diversified’s own fee schedule charges
The registrant is Diversified Enterprises, LLC doing business as Diversified, LLC, based in Wilmington, Delaware, and it should not be confused with an older, inactive CRD 123859 also named Diversified, LLC. The firm reported $2,791,127,378 in regulatory assets under management as of December 31, 2025, and files a separate wrap fee brochure (version 1023101, same date) which states the same 1.95% maximum. The priced ceiling is the wrap fee program maximum for individual, family and trust clients.
“If clients engage Diversified for portfolio management through the wrap fee program we sponsor, fees will not exceed 1.95% per annum based on the market value of a client’s assets managed by Diversified. Fees are negotiable at Diversified’s discretion. These fees are payable monthly, in advance, and are typically debited directly from the client’s account. Factors affecting fee percentages include the size of the account, complexity of asset structures, and other factors. The specific fee to which a client is subject, will be specified in the Agreement the client signs with our firm.”
Diversified publishes only a maximum for its wrap program and no tier schedule, so each balance is priced by applying the 1.95 percent ceiling directly. No minimum annual dollar fee is disclosed for the wrap program, so no floor applies. Actual fees are set in each client’s agreement and may be lower.
What the same brochure says about fees charged on top of this schedule: “In some cases, clients will pay Zoe a 0.15% assets under management Platform fee in addition to the asset management fee charged by Diversified.” The table below is the firm’s own advisory fee schedule and does not include any such additional fee.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $4,875 |
| $500,000 | $9,750 |
| $1,000,000 | $19,500 |
| $2,000,000 | $39,000 |
These figures come directly from Diversified’s own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below.
Registration
Diversified Enterprises, LLC (dba Diversified, LLC) is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #331709, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity).
What it costs to leave
Diversified Enterprises, LLC (dba Diversified, LLC)’s Form ADV Part 2A states “Clients may terminate an investment advisory agreement at any time with prior written notice.” Diversified Enterprises, LLC (dba Diversified, LLC) names four possible custodians in its brochure, with no single default. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.’s own published fee schedule states “Full transfer (out) of assets” Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC / National Financial Services LLC, SEI Private Trust Company, and Apex Clearing Corporation disclose no comparable line item (an honest gap).
The general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.

Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, drawing directly on Diversified’s own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below, and a fresh SEC IAPD registration check run the same day. Where exit-fee facts are cited, they trace to the named custodian’s own published schedule. Any fact we could not independently confirm is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified. Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for reading Diversified’s own Form ADV Part 2A and Form CRS.
