Kingsview Partners Review (2026): Fees and SEC Registration

Guides › Financial Advisor Fees

Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: Kingsview Partners is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #148107, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD). Per its own current fee brochure, a $500,000 account would run $6,250 a year under its published fee schedule. Already a client and thinking about leaving? Budget $50 at Schwab, or $125 at Raymond James, depending on your custodian. This review covers what its own fee brochure and current SEC registration confirm today; it does not assess fiduciary status or account minimums.

What Kingsview Partners’ own fee schedule charges

IAPD lists the firm as Kingsview Wealth Management, LLC, and the brochure states it also does business as Kingsview Partners (Kingsview Partners is its parent). The brochure reports approximately $8,957,122,931 in assets under management as of December 31, 2025. The priced schedule is the standard wealth management fee schedule, which applies to its individual wealth management clients.

“KWM’s Standard Wealth Management Fee Schedule. First $250,000 1.50% annual fee Next $750,000 1.00% annual fee Any amount over $1,000,000 0.75% annual fee Fees are negotiable and are set at the discretion of the KWM IAR providing services. This fee is exclusive of a KIM model fee, underlying investment fees or any third-party money manager fee.”

The first $250,000 is priced at 1.50%, the next $750,000 up to $1,000,000 at 1.00%, and any amount above $1,000,000 at 0.75%, with each bracket’s piece summed. At $250,000 the whole balance is in the first bracket. At $500,000 the first $250,000 is at 1.50% and the remaining $250,000 at 1.00%. At $1,000,000 both of the first two brackets are full, and at $2,000,000 the last $1,000,000 is added at 0.75%. The brochure states fees are negotiable and discloses no minimum annual fee, so no floor applies.

The table below is the firm’s own advisory fee schedule. Fund expenses, custodian charges and any third-party manager or platform fees are generally separate from an advisory fee like this one; Item 5 of the brochure lists what applies to a given account.

Account balanceAnnual fee
$250,000$3,750
$500,000$6,250
$1,000,000$11,250
$2,000,000$18,750

These figures come directly from Kingsview Partners’ own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below.

Registration

Kingsview Wealth Management, LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #148107, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).

This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity).

What it costs to leave

Kingsview Wealth Management, LLC’s Form ADV Part 2A states “Any unearned advisory fees collected from clients who subsequently terminate their contract before the end of a billing cycle will be refunded.” Kingsview Wealth Management, LLC names three possible custodians in its brochure, with no single default. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.’s own published fee schedule states “Full transfer (out) of assets” Steward Partners Investment Solutions, LLC’s own published fee schedule (issued by Steward Partners Investment Solutions, LLC, not by Raymond James & Associates, Inc.; the schedule states that the fees it lists represent the fees charged by Raymond James) states “ACAT Outgoing Transfer 1 $125 $125” Interactive Brokers LLC discloses no comparable line item (an honest gap).

The general mechanics of switching financial advisors and a dated termination letter apply regardless of firm.

Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, drawing directly on Kingsview Partners’ own current fee brochure, cited in Sources below, and a fresh SEC IAPD registration check run the same day. Where exit-fee facts are cited, they trace to the named custodian’s own published schedule. Any fact we could not independently confirm is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified. Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for reading Kingsview Partners’ own Form ADV Part 2A and Form CRS.
