Note: CRD 166084 was confirmed ACTIVE and SEC registered via a live IAPD lookup performed this session. Tanager’s own brochure states it advised on $1,443,373,954 in discretionary assets and $161,066,468 in non-discretionary assets, for total assets under management of about $1.6 billion, as of December 31, 2025. - $0 to $1,000,000: 1.50%
- $1,000,001 to $3,000,000: 1.25%

- $10,000,001 to $20,000,000: 0.75%

Minimum annual fee: $10,000.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $10,000 | 4.00% |
| $500,000 | $10,000 | 2.00% |
| $1,000,000 | $15,000 | 1.50% |
| $2,000,000 | $27,500 | 1.38% |
At $250,000 and $500,000 the computed fee falls below Tanager’s own $10,000 minimum annual fee, so the minimum applies at both balances. At $1,000,000 the whole balance sits in the first tier at 1.50%, which clears the minimum on its own. At $2,000,000 the balance crosses into the second tier, so 1.50% applies to the first $1,000,000 and 1.25% applies to the remainder, with the marginal pieces summed to reach the total shown.
