From the Form ADV Part 2A (September 23, 2026): “Market Value of Portfolio % of Assets Under $500,000 1.25% $500,000.01-$2,000,000 1.00% $2,000,000.01-$7,000,000 0.75% $7,000,000.01-$10,000,000 0.65% Over $10,000,000.01 0.50% The published fee schedule is tiered in nature. Accordingly, the fee is 1.25% for the first $500,000, 1.00% on the next $1,500,000, 0.75% for the following $5,000,000, etc.”

Note: CRD 109420 is ACTIVE and SEC-registered (effective 1/28/2000), confirmed live via IAPD on 2026-09-28; the firm converted from Grimes & Company, Inc. to Grimes & Company Wealth Management, LLC under the same CRD and SEC file 801-57193. The brochure dated September 23, 2026 states $6,122,963,410 discretionary plus $175,796,103 non-discretionary regulatory AUM as of December 31, 2025, a combined $6,298,759,513 (about $6.3 billion). Grimes generally requires a minimum asset level of $500,000 ($1,000,000 for clients referred through Schwab Advisor Network or Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions), but discloses no separate dollar minimum annual fee.
