Updated September 28, 2026. Quick answer: BOK Financial Private Wealth discloses a maximum, individually negotiated rate of 1.0% in its BOK Financial Private Wealth, Inc. Form ADV Part 2A Brochure (March 2026). Converted to dollars, that runs $5,000 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.

The published numbers
From the BOK Financial Private Wealth, Inc. Form ADV Part 2A Brochure (March 2026): “The Firm calculates its investment management fees as a percentage of total assets under management. Ongoing account management fees are typically prorated and paid quarterly in arrears, based upon the average daily balance of the assets during the preceding calendar quarter, not to exceed 1.00% per annum with breakpoints applying to relationships exceeding $1 million. Firm’s fees may be negotiable at Firm’s discretion.”
Note: BOK Financial Private Wealth’s own brochure states its fee applies breakpoints for relationships exceeding $1 million without printing the specific reduced rate(s), so the figures below use the disclosed 1.00% ceiling at every balance shown; larger relationships may in practice pay less than this figure once an unstated breakpoint applies.
The published maximum: 1.0% per year.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $2,500 | 1.00% |
| $500,000 | $5,000 | 1.00% |
| $1,000,000 | $10,000 | 1.00% |
| $2,000,000 | $20,000 | 1.00% |
BOK Financial Private Wealth’s own brochure discloses a maximum, individually negotiated rate of 1.00% per annum; dollar_at = balance x 0.01 at each of the four balances. The brochure separately states that breakpoints apply above $1,000,000 without stating the reduced rate, so the $2,000,000 figure here is the published ceiling, not necessarily what a relationship that size would actually be billed.
How this compares
Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, BOK Financial Private Wealth’s own published maximum rate runs up to $5,000 a year.
