Form ADV Part 2A: Appendix 1, Wrap Fee Program Brochure (July 29, 2026). The published numbers
From the Allworth Financial, L.P. Form ADV Part 2A: Appendix 1, Wrap Fee Program Brochure (July 29, 2026): “Management fees for client account(s) in the Program are subject to a $2,500 annual minimum fee and the maximum fee charged in the Program is 1.85%. Allworth will provide the exact percentage-based fee to each client based on both the nature and total dollar asset value of the client’s account(s). The annual management fee charged for the Program can be negotiated with each client.”
Note: Allworth’s brochure states it “only offers the Program to prospective clients and currently do not offer a non-wrap fee alternative, except for certain retirement plan clients,” so its Wrap Fee Program Brochure schedule is the operative one cited here.
The published maximum: 1.85% per year.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $4,625 | 1.85% |
| $500,000 | $9,250 | 1.85% |
| $1,000,000 | $18,500 | 1.85% |

Allworth’s Wrap Fee Program Brochure states the maximum fee charged in the Program is 1.85%, subject to a $2,500 annual minimum fee; each balance is priced at 1.85% of assets, subject to that $2,500 floor: $4,625 / $9,250 / $18,500 / $37,000 (all above the $2,500 floor at every balance shown).
How this compares
Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, Allworth Financial’s own published maximum rate runs up to $9,250 a year.
