What Homrich Berg’s own fee schedule charges
“HB generally imposes a minimum annual fee of $12,500 for its services but may negotiate a fee below the annual minimum, or tiered schedule, where circumstances warrant. HB’s current standard fee schedule for Financial Planning and Investment Management Services is listed below. First $1,000,000, 1.250%; Next $4,000,000, 1.000%; Next $5,000,000, 0.750%; Next $20,000,000, 0.625%; Over $30,000,000, 0.500%.”
This is HB’s standard Financial Planning and Investment Management Services (Wealth Management) tiered schedule, applied marginally by band: 1.250% on the first $1,000,000, then 1.000% on the next $4,000,000, then 0.750% on the next $5,000,000, then 0.625% on the next $20,000,000, then 0.500% on everything over $30,000,000. HB also discloses a $12,500 annual minimum fee, so at $250,000 (1.250% would be $3,125), $500,000 ($6,250), and $1,000,000 ($12,500 exactly) the minimum controls or ties, giving $12,500 at each of those balances; at $2,000,000 the marginal calculation of $12,500 (first $1,000,000 at 1.250%) plus $10,000 (next $1,000,000 of the $4,000,000 band at 1.000%) equals $22,500, which exceeds the minimum, so $22,500 applies. Note HB also publishes a separate, cheaper Investment-Management-only (no financial planning) schedule with the same top rate but faster breakpoints; the figures above use HB’s combined Wealth Management schedule, which HB presents first as its standard schedule.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $12,500 |
| $500,000 | $12,500 |
| $1,000,000 | $12,500 |
| $2,000,000 | $22,500 |

Methodology. This page was built September 24, 2026, drawing directly on Homrich Berg’s own current fee brochure and Form CRS, both linked above, plus this site’s own already-published fiduciary and minimum-investment pages for the same firm, each independently sourced when it was built. Any distinction we could not independently confirm this session is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified. Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for reading Homrich Berg’s own Form ADV Part 2A and Form CRS.
