Updated September 24, 2026. Quick answer: Transamerica Financial Advisors discloses a maximum, individually negotiated rate of 2.75% in its Transamerica Financial Advisors, LLC Form ADV Part 2A, Appendix 1, TFA365 Advisory Program Brochure (March 31, 2026). Converted to dollars, that runs $13,750 a year on a $500,000 account; see the full table below for $250,000, $1 million and $2 million.
The published numbers
From the Transamerica Financial Advisors, LLC Form ADV Part 2A, Appendix 1, TFA365 Advisory Program Brochure (March 31, 2026): “TFA has established the following tiered fee schedule for Program participants that results in a blended rate… TFA365 Advisory Annual Total Program Fee Schedule: [every asset range from $0-$150,000 through over $5,000,000 lists an identical Maximum Annual Total Program Fee of] 2.75%.”
Note: Transamerica ALPHA and Transamerica ONE, TFA’s two other advisory programs, are officially closed to new business per the brochure’s own Item 2 Material Changes; TFA365 is the only program open to new retail clients, so its schedule is the one this page cites.
The published maximum: 2.75% per year.
What you would pay
| Account balance | Annual fee (dollars) | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|
| $250,000 | $6,875 | 2.75% |
| $500,000 | $13,750 | 2.75% |
| $1,000,000 | $27,500 | 2.75% |
| $2,000,000 | $55,000 | 2.75% |
TFA365’s own table varies the internal split (investment-adviser-representative fee, platform fee, portfolio-manager fee) by asset range, but the Maximum Annual Total Program Fee column is an identical 2.75% ceiling at every range, so dollar_at = balance x 0.0275 at each of the four balances.
How this compares
Our benchmark of published adviser fee schedules puts the weighted median annual cost near $2,000 to $2,500 on $250,000 (the benchmark). At $500,000, Transamerica Financial Advisors’s own published maximum rate runs up to $13,750 a year.
